Responsibilities:

- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive store displays and product placement to maximize sales potential and enhance the shopping experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control store expenses, track sales performance, and prepare reports for management review.
