Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and surpassing their expectations.
- Order Taking: Greet customers, present menus, and assist in selecting food and beverages, taking accurate orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Table Setting and Clearing: Set tables with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware, and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Billing and Payments: Accurately process bills, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide prompt and accurate change to customers.
- Knowledge of Menu: Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist customers with their selections.
