Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities to maintain a fresh and inviting environment.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and shine.
- Vacuum and mop floors, paying attention to corners and hard-to-reach areas.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea items.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to deliver meticulous room cleaning.
- Being able to work alone and complete tasks efficiently, while effectively managing time.
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Having strong communication and people skills to interact well with guests and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning products.
- Being flexible and available to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
