Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of our establishment.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in recording guest information and handling payment transactions.
- Reservations: Manage room reservations and bookings, ensuring accurate recording of guest details, preferences, and special requests.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Telephone and Email Handling: Respond to telephone calls and emails courteously and efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services, and assist guests with arranging transportation or other amenities.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
