We are currently seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility. Your role will involve supervising a team of car wash attendants, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the car wash equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of car wash attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, including managing the flow of vehicles, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, address any concerns or complaints, and ensure that they receive a positive experience at the car wash.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the car wash process meets high standards of cleanliness and efficiency by regularly inspecting the work performed and providing feedback to the team.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety procedures, training employees on safe practices, and addressing any potential hazards promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies, such as cleaning agents and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock level to support daily operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, payroll, record-keeping, and reporting to management on operational performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a car wash or similar service industry role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic computer knowledge for administrative tasks.
