Responsibilities:
- Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their designated tables or seating areas.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues promptly.
- Luggage Handling: Safely handle and transport guest luggage to and from designated areas, ensuring careful handling and proper storage.
- Directions and Recommendations: Offer directions, recommendations, and information about the restaurant’s facilities and services to guests.
- Valet Parking: Assist with valet parking services, ensuring smooth and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless coordination of guest services and overall dining experience.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest areas, including entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
Requirements:
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor towards guests.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy luggage and stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in handling guest belongings and ensuring accurate delivery to the designated areas.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
