Job Description:

PositionAdmin Assistant 
EducationHigh school certificate with good communication skills .
Experience1 to 2 Years of Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
SalaryAED 3500-4000 per month with other benefits.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and organizing inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist in managing and organizing company records, files, and databases.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as requested.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for various office needs.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
